The Partnership, as part of TIPS Interlocal Purchasing System, delivers painless IT consulting and staffing access for nonprofits and governments with end users across the United States
TAMPA, FL—December 17, 2023 — System Soft Technologies, a leading enterprise IT solutions and services provider, has been selected by TIPS (Interlocal Purchasing System) as an approved IT consulting and staffing vendor. This partnership, operating within the TIPS Interlocal Purchasing System, aims to streamline the IT consulting and staffing process for nonprofits and government organizations across the United States.
TIPS, initially established in 2002 as a regional cooperative of the Region 8 Education Service Center, has evolved into a government procurement service dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of the governmental procurement process. This collaboration allows nonprofit organizations, cities, and local governments throughout the U.S. to access System Soft’s IT consulting and staffing services directly through TIPS, categorized under Temporary Staffing, Direct-Hire, and Other Employer Services.

With approximately 11,000 members utilizing this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, System Soft underwent an extensive review and background process to become a vendor under the TIPS RFP 230703 Staffing Services. This allows them to operate under the TIPS agreement, assisting state agencies, educational institutions, universities, school districts, and other members in acquiring contractors or direct hires (Permanent Placements) for IT-related tasks, such as software and web development, Systems Administration, Network Administration, and more.
