Jill Welch

Jill serves as Regional Vice President of Sales at System Soft Technologies. She is an experienced, strategic leader with a history of success in creating a results-oriented, diverse and collaborative culture. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across multiple verticals, she has developed a proven record of accomplishment for execution in sales, talent acquisition, operations, human resources and vendor management.

Before joining System Soft, Jill served as the Area Vice President at Verticalmove. She handled direct oversight for both its Seattle and San Francisco territories. Additionally, she led recruitment and sales experts on the best-of-breed team, which helped the company’s clients attract and retain talented executive and technical professionals through executive search, contingent search and contract staffing engagements, primarily for SaaS (software-as-a-service) companies.

Jill also gained valuable leadership experience in IT Staffing, serving as Senior Vice President for eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, where she supplied executive leadership for the sales, recruiting, human resources and finance organizations. She attended the University of Washington and earned a degree in business administration.
