Brian Pugh

Brian leads the IT Consulting Services and the Resource Management Group at System Soft Technologies, where he oversees and drives the company’s dedication to client satisfaction and a consultative approach to solve IT talent challenges for organizations from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms across many vertical industries.

Brian has excelled throughout his executive career in the IT resources industry, effectively asserting himself in sales and delivery strategies, operational efficiencies, organizational performance and optimization, leadership development and training and cultural cultivation. Before joining System Soft, Brian served as Vice President and Culture Officer at Kelly Services. There, he was instrumental in executing sales, go-to-market and marketing strategies, which significantly improved bottom line performance and overall recruiter and account executive productivity.

Brian holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in organizational studies and the other in rhetoric and communications, both from the University of California, Davis. He also has earned the Star Performer award three times at Volt Workforce Solutions and won Professional Product of the Year twice at Kelly Services.
